WML's unique rules-based DataGateway (brochure - pdf) is a dedicated network appliance for secure print data transfer, especially where users need a Kyocera emulation to convert Prescribe to PCL or PostScript. DataGateway monitors the customer’s workflow, and depending on customer defined rules can manipulate print data streams including, data conversion (PreScribe to PCL), data encryption and compression, batch collation, archiving and stitching to name a few examples. Simple daily and monthly reporting gives full details of documents printed including page counts for easy calculation of cost per page.

Sending print data to the WML DataGateway is as simple as printing to a print queue or copying the data to a shared network folder, DataGateway will automatically pick up your print batches, collate, print and stitch ready for mailing.

CDL insurance new business, renewal, sales and customer service documents are handled seamlessly and can be printed to most industry standard printers such as Hewlett Packard or Xerox.

DataGateway can accept PDF and PostScript input data, and has overlay features to enable on-the-fly overlay of date, time, source-IP or PDF forms.
